Location has always been a primary concern for business startups to be successful. Therefore, much research focused on the problem of identification an ideal site new business. The process selection is complex and depends number criteria or factors. Since ultimate goal all businesses increase customer footprints thus sales, including traffic accessibility, visibility, ease access, vehicle parking, customers availability, etc. play important roles. In other words, we can say that optimal multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. MCDM used identify solution decision out many alternatives by utilizing criteria. mathematics, there exist structured techniques organizing analyzing decisions, instance, AHP, ANP, TOPSIS, this work, present hybrid two such solve given set candidate sites. proposed approach based AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) TOPSIS (The Technique Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution) approaches. reason using multi-fold. reduces computational complexity require less manual effort, improving efficiency accuracy approach. Given locations business, ranks candidates. Thus, with higher are identified as suitable ideal. comes up ranking locations, giving managers room make calculated decisions. To show effectiveness approach, detailed step-by-step case study location in New York City gas station. Furthermore, experimental evaluation also presented real datasets.
